We are looking for someone who can:
1. To demonstrate knowledge of web design integrated with company's other services, making sure they are optimized for user experience and conversion by ensuring that their information architecture is carefully considered.
2. To keep up to date with the latest web design technologies and techniques in order to discuss them for inclusion within our website creations.
3. To drive consistent standards and approaches throughout the team
4. Designs, builds, deploys and maintains web pages using a variety of graphics software applications, techniques and tools
5. Designs and develops user-interface features, site animation, and special-effects elements.
6. Presenting initial design ideas to clients
7. Creating parallax designs to provide unique and conceptual designs
8. Creating Responsive designs to work on mobile and tablet devices
9. Produce Print and web concepts and collateral for Marketing.
10. Strong job and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects and prioritize accordingly
11. Create animated videos for marketing
12. Designing info-graphics for websites and marketing materials
Skills Needed:
1. 3+ years of experience
2. Software Skills: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, html, CSS , JavaScript, bootstrap
3. Excellent problem solving and communication skills
4. Agile creative mentality and positive attitude towards working on ever changing evolving products.
5. Ability to work to tight deadlines and communicate transparently with a demanding sales team.
6. Understanding of video compression, editing and effects.
